Start hanging out and making yourself present where you want to meet your supposed spouse.
Church (if you are a Christian), events (wedding, birthdays, seminars, workshops, professional meet-ups), social media (try to be vocal), even matchmaking works (genuine ones, and not men who want ephemeral relationships/hookups). Be strategic but don't be too desperate. Be approachable, but don't be cheap.

You have a 20% chance of being successful if you are more strategic than waiting for "chance/luck" to take its course. You can even ask fellow friends who are family oriented and married if they have single friends who are looking at settling down. You will be surprised to know the number of men who are also searching. Depression should not be your forte. Not worth your mental health one bit.
