1. Who handles repairs.
2. Who handles servicing of the car. That's oil change and the rest.

Since its rentals, the maintenance/repairs will be shared. If it costs N5,000 and below, the driver should be responsible. If above N5,000, the owner takes responsibility. If it's higher purchase, the driver will take full responsibility.
