Good morning. I received a message from a friend concerning a grant from the Federal Government with collaboration with NIRSAL. If you have benefited from the grant, please do comment because I am sceptical about this whole thing let it not be it's a scam.

I also got the message...As of now i dont know yet how this one will work out...i am used to getting grants because i work with an NGO. So OP, dont conclude its fake as you are not ask to pay any amount for it. Just hope
