It's basically the same thing and they play the same role, it's just the name that differs. It's just like football and soccer

NSA is not known and recongnised under the constitution and doesn't get screened by the Senate, hence, it's not an official office, just an advisor with an office

Tinubu will eventually elevate Ribadu to NSA if he sacks Mongudo or just leave him as an advisor since its the same thing
