When was running for office of governor, he applied for a new copy from the school and they said they issued him a new one because they don't keep copies of students certificates. Who was supposed to sign the reissued document?
The people working at the university at that time or the ones that used to work there in 1979 that are now probably dead or retired?

Wether you graduated from a University isn't the issue here but wether the certificate you presented to INEC is what your University issued to you. Once it is determined that the certificate presented to INEC is different from that issued by the University then forgery case has been established irrespective of wether he graduated from the institution or not.

Let me make this easy for you. The diploma itself is a fake. On the alleged diploma, the date of graduation is listed as June 27, 1979. The signature of the CSU president shows Elnora D. Daniel. I almost spit out my coffee I laughed so hard when I saw this. Dr. Daniel didn’t become the president of Chicago State until 1998.
