I applied for PhD biomedical science. I called them this morning, I was also referred back to the program coordinator. I don't know why it's taking time. I tried taking my mind of it I can't 🤣 God's willing it'd be a congratulatory email but it's taking too lonh
Wow, also applied for the PhD Biomedical science program. It's seems all hope is lost , ETSu is the last school I am expecting their admission decision.

The program coordinator said that they are admitting only 7-10 graduate students.
So hopefully 😄

If you haven’t heard back by now, I’m sorry but the chances of getting an admit is Nil. Did you apply to Msc programs or you have a Msc already?

If someone gets denied this month and their school resumes in July, can they still schedule another interview?

Yes I think you can apply for emergency appointment.. Can you share your transcript here, knowledgeable people could help you review and you see how you can do better

An unstated rule to wait six months before another appointment (for F-1). If you've been denied in the last 6 months, and go ahead to schedule another interview within the same timeframe, unfortunately you won't or may not see any date. You'd be asked about this when trying to schedule the new appointment.

Not an expert advice. Just telling you what's obtainable.

Hello. Could someone tell me what goes on in these search groups? Do they have a way of searching for dates that is different from what's on the embassy's website?

You may contact the school to defer your admission to Spring next year. They usually grant this request. That affords you time to prepare for your next interview.

Hey 🤠

1. If you are applying for PhD don't proceed with the Visa process unless you can prove to the VO that you have absolute more than enough funds to cover your whole expenses even far beyond your graduating year because if you budgeted $60,000 for 5 years your PhD can last 10 years, Hence, funding is absolutely compulsory for PhD applicants.

2. If you are applying for Bsc or Msc funding or scholarships is not compulsory providing that you can prove availability of funds to cover your tuition and miscellaneous expenses all through your studentship In the USA.

Best Wishes 🙏
