This governor is damn weak. Create a local vigilante and arm them very well to meet their fire power. If they attack tomorrow you’ll still visit them. Stop acting as if you’re still under Buhari regime who supported them. Now I see reason why some of their cows are being shot dead. They’ll never visit that community again. I’m not sure herdsmen can attack a place like cross river and akwa ibom states.

Shame on the Nigeria police
Shame on the Nigeria army
Shame on Nigeria
Shame on people like you that wants to go tribal over loss of human lives by terrorists, may this evil you rejoice about reach you soon.

Ignore the idiot!

Fact of the matter is NO STATE ANYWHERE IN THE SOUTH-EAST OR SOUTH-SOUTH CAN DO ANYTHING IN THE FACE OF COWARDLY ATTACKS FROM A GOV'T-ENABLED (ENABLED EITHER BY OMISSION OR COMMISSION) BAND OF TERRORISTS WHO SNEAK IN IN THE DEAD OF THE NIGHT, ATTACK INNOCENT MEN, WOMEN,CHILDREN AND BABIES, THEN DISAPPEAR INTO OBLIVION! The fact these vermin haven't attacked Anambra as much as they have done Enugu, has nothing to do with anything done or not done by the two states!

Anambra has witnessed a different form of attacks on Ndigbo by the enemy by way of senseless high-profile murders and attacks carried out by infiltrators into the region!

Peter Mbah should swallow his pride and go ask Alex Otti how he dealt with the fulani animals that were terrorizing people at the cattle market areas of Lokpanta and Umunneochi axis, Otti was ruthless with them and his "operation crush" task force backed by well equipped vigilantes have flushed out the herdsmen criminals that were kidnapping people around those thick forests. Even the Ebonyi governor is trying in security by equipping the security personnel there with more logistics...it's only Enugu that keeps getting tossed around by barbaric terrorists that think attacking old and weak farmers in remote border communities makes them brave. Enugu people are too docile and it's a problem, they should go learn from those crazy Ebonyi boys in Ezza how they showed fulani terrorist herdsmen that madness has a senior brother.
I trust Ebonyi men, they are very aggressive, that's why Fulani always avoid them, upon say de get boundaries with Benue and other North central states

Mba is not doing well in Enugu and it's so painful INEC denied the people their choice of governor. God will punish Mahmuud surely.

This man has started multiple projects without completing any. On top that, he increased tax by 300%. Even barrow pushers pay lots of taxes now in Enugu.

His low quality road projects, chippings are poured without taring. Is he waiting for rain to come and wash them off?

At the bolded, immediately I saw you writing chippings I knew you were not an engineer, surveyor or anything close to road construction and have no right to rate any road construction because you don't know what you're saying. The material you described as CHIPPINGS is called STONE BASE and a standard material in road construction. CHIPPINGS are different material and used in concrete. I don't support or sing praises for any Governor but it's out of place to speak bad on things you are not conversant with. You can criticize government but be diligent enough to have technical idea of the subject you want to speak on.

Seriously it's too early to judge any Governor for non completion of any project but you can find other areas you have indepth knowledge of the dynamics than jump on road that you have limited knowledge on how the constructions are done.

Peter Mbah has been a colossal failure. He can't provide water for Enugu residents, he is now forcing tankers to paint their trucks while he extorts them for rendering services that his govt has failed to render. He can't provide security for Enugu despite huge security votes he collects monthly. All he does is wear that ugly looking suit. Dude can't even speak Igbo. What a shameful governor.
That his inability to communicate in Igbo is indeed shameful. I mean, how can a man who is supposed to be the Chief custodian of our culture and language be mixing Igbo and English like all these badly-educated, showy graduates who find in the English language a potent weapon for intimidation? Dude probably subjected grieving Ụzọ Uwanị locals to a barrage of grammar missiles before jumping on his cruiser.

Ok let me now address the issue. Now when Stone base is laid on a certain length of the road is usually comes with specifications e.g 150mm or 200mm thickness. What it means is from the point of earthwork to the height of the Stone base should be that thickness and it's been monitored by engineers from ministry of works, so before the Asphalt is laid (which is what you termed tarred) the engineers will ensure that the thickness is maintained, rain can settle the Stone base giving it optimum moisture content to bind well with the earthwork and thereby making it to be more compacted if the road is accessible to vehicles (which is good) or sometimes can infiltrate and once it surpasses the threshold can cause the Stone base to be waterlogged (which is bad). My point is depending amount of rainfall it can be of good or bad consequences.

However, even if it's washed away it is the duty of the regulatory personnel which could be a consultant or the ministry to ensure that the contractor abide by the working document, drawing or stated level of materials in the contract.

Finally, all my explanation is that because there are Stone base (not chippings like you stated) on a road doesn't make the road inferior as that is a standard road construction material. Till a Governor commissions a road and the materials, topography, drainage system and the dynamics of the road construction techniques are known it might be out of turn to criticize especially when you are not an engineer or surveyor and also doesn't have the contract documents. He might be doing an inferior road don't get me wrong but before you criticize it be sure you know the technicalities of what the standard road should be.

Ok thanks. My critics of inferior was no necessarily on the stone base. Though the quality of these stone base has viaried based on what I have seen so far. For example I saw some stone base more powdered that others.
I also saw some of the gutters where some guys are mixing cement and the work seem not serious and inferior to me. Anyway, I'm not an expert to determine if these works are inferior and your explanation clearly portrays my naivety on the field.

But again, the stone base from NOWAS to Abakpa is powdered and as we speak, vehicles passing on road are already blowing them away. It has been like that for almost 3 months. Even the one at Golf city. I'm afraid, once rain starts it will be a lot of issues and most of them may be washed out. Again, I'm not really impressed by the speed on these projects. They started last year and he promised to finish them before December.

Again, if you stretch all these roads, they are not up to 15km. Don't be deceive with their multiple positions. In Benue state, Alia has completed up to 90km roads aat different locations and constructing 5 flyovers as we speak. 1 at high level, 1 Wurukum, 1 at Gboko, 1 at Katsina Ala, and 1 at Denshur round about.

Alia"a budget is half of Mba's budget. Enugu indegenes are far more taxed than Benue indegenes. What about Alex Otti? Do you know how many kilometers completed by Julius Berger? Well I believe Mba should sit up. He has ignored starting any project outside Enugu and yet we are not being convinced.

You might have a point if you criticize him on the slow pace of the work and to be sincere I doubt Fr Alia has done 90km. I haven't been to Benue but 90km is a lot to have covered within the time frame, 90km amounts to a road distance coverage more than from Enugu to Okigwe. I doubt any Governor would have covered it in less than a year given also the circumstances surrounding their inauguration. Even Otti has not done such length. There's also a newly commissioned road done by Alex Otti that's washed away by rain few days after commission. What I am saying in essence is, it will be proper to give him time before assessment. At least 2 years is enough to show his projects and infrastructure development and anything less than that might be too early to criticize especially when it has to be road construction.

Funny enough, all the characters that like to shout IPPB and ESN whenever someone is killed in the South-East are no where to be seen on this thread

They pretend that they care about insecurity in the South East so they can falsely blame IPOB. But when they hear that herdsmen killed anyone in the South-East, you won't see them because the opportunity to falsely blame IPOB is not there.

Even those who shout about sit at home, you won't see them here
