Moreover, those of us for the specialist scheme already involved with a company will have to resign before joining them and some company's exit policy states you must give them at least a month. So I'm suspecting they will conclude and notify qualified candidates by January; thereafter, the program will commence fully by feb/march.

18 months for Gradaute Specialists, dats a little bit tolerable... Wat abt Management Trainees, 2 solid years!!! Only God can help us in Nigeria o. I don't know what to call a company that waits until after an election to send either a success or regret mail to its applicants....... They shouldn't have started the process at all then. Useless people!
