They should all suffer it.
They ushered in an uneducated, over ambulatory, senile regime.
Don’t be surprised that TEACHER won’t deliver.
TEACHING goes beyond PhD, rather it takes a lot of Passion married with skills to deliver.

Kaduna state is seriously reforming their education sector. Last time they declared free education to all girl children in Kaduna.

Those who only saw that a PHD holder was employed and just began their cho cho cho talk without stopping to ask, how old the person employed is (whether the person is a young or old PHD holder) and also without trying to find out if the person may have been put in a school headship position despite also being a teacher, those people need some strokes of a teachers cane

That is his choice. Does anyone want us to blame his situation on the country woes? habaaa no! Anybody that have studied up to that level and he cannot think out of the box to create opportunity for himself and others, then he had no business going to acquire the certificates in the first place.

He stated that about 191,445 female students in public schools would benefit from the gesture, which, according to him, will cost the government N143.587m each term and N430.791m every year.

I am struggling with my mathematics here.
Did anyone get #750.02 per term per teacher ? shocked

Erm, Oga, I don't think mathematics is the problem you are struggling with. Comprehension is. Or, perhaps, you didn't read the post completely.

It's that bad in Nigeria!
This present administration has rendered education useless
Profs were well respected before if not we'll paid self undecided

Use your head please:

1, This present administration did not render education useless.

a, Lack of family planning means too many children in the system that cannot be accomodated by school places, adequate resources and budget availability.
b, Nigerians are brainwashed by religion and fetishes so many practice cultism and other unsavory things that distract from decent studying.
c, Nigerians study useless degrees like sociology and mass comm, even to PHD level...these courses are useless compared to bicycle repairer and hospital technician

What most people don't understand is that the Phd guy didn't apply because he couldn't get a better job, its a strategy to be identified and rightly positioned in the education sector. I am very sure that in a short time, he'll receive all promotions and find his way right to where he hope to be without discrimination because his qualification alone is intimidating. Believe me, he's going to be very competent in whatever task he handles, win accolades, represent the state educational board in different capacities, easy access to highly ranking government officials which would never be possible if he were pursuing bigger roles.

The PhD holder is smart. He is using this job to make additional money.
At least additional #56,000 every month. He will negotiate with the headmaster and may come around to teach just twice in a week.
Re: PhD Holder Employed As Primary School Teacher In Kaduna by Bianda24: 9:43am On Sep 24, 2018
What is wrong with that? Do you know if his thesis is on Primary Education. That is the area he will be useful and he is making use of the opportunity. Besides, where is the job in this country?
Re: PhD Holder Employed As Primary School Teacher In Kaduna by Gokoyer0(m): 9:43am On Sep 24, 2018
He reduced himself to nothing Bro. A friend of mine was given appointment in one of these private universities in the country with a ridiculous salary but he turned it down. You must know your worth! May be the PhD holder can't even defend his certificate.
Austema:
He applied and he is employed. For me this is not a news

but quantitative abi?

no PHD is not reduced to nothing, but a phd holder reduced him self to nothing
Re: PhD Holder Employed As Primary School Teacher In Kaduna by Gokoyer0(m): 9:45am On Sep 24, 2018
I will only understand his situation only if he is specialized in primary education or something related to that.
