When cultural celebrations are taking to a stange and distant land, then there is a confusion about who is actually celeberating and whose land is being appeased. It also shows that the perpetrators are obviously not serious because they end up appeasing not their own land.

There is nothing wrong is celebrating culture in another persons land. A tribe is a group of people who have some things in common not a place. Is like saying if u go to saudi arabia as a christain, you stop worshiping your God or a muslem in England will quit his religon.

That's how it's done.
U can't see lots of yam, how many yams will u bring or cook to serve the crowd undecided. It's not like rice now.
Only few yams are brought, roasted, blessed,
Few pieces are served..then enjoy the ceremony, then go to ur house and cook ur yam ur own way and enjoy

Millions of Igbos dispersed from Nigeria by anti-Igbo policies of Nigerian government, policies initiated by people of old Sokoto and Kanem Borno Empires after the Nigeria VS Biafra war.
