Same thing happened to me, mine was 4 nights,go to cyber cafe and fill it...any page you fill, click add even if you not adding any information before going to the next page, if you don't click it won't go...
Please brethren am curious on this, the print out slip, where they wrote i.d, I hope the other way round is not the number of candidates that have applied for the job?
