I'm actually learning alot during this lockdown...someone said bricklayers don't earn 600k annually ..that must be the joke of the century..ignorance is very bad ... Artisans earn more than many many many and many corporate slaves and still enjoy their freedom while they have time to even engage in other things unlike their counterparts who is constantly hoping to run the clock down and set themselves free...lol. ...except for a few corporate workers who may have higher academic qualifications than the usual ..An artisan is likely to acquire a property or make an investment before a salary earner who basically lives on debt and struggles with the 30 day routine (assuming he is paid at when due)...Even the ones who may be raking a 6 digit income with a much higher academic qualifications are no match for there business counterparts who just about controls the same digit...Now i know why millions troop in to jamb on a yearly basis..not for the sake of being educated but simply out of foolishness and bandwagon mentality and at the end of it all a large % of them resort to business, transportation and even artisan..lol while the rest remain underemployed with too much packaging and brokeness...

don't underestimate this artisan jobs the figures they earn will surprise you,let me give you 3 examples of what I mean(1)I want to nkpor olds parts in onitsha to reband the brake linings of our truck,the man doing the job was in a small space,he was discussing with another man that was calling him oga and they left,I asked hid negihbour what is up,he told me that brake repairman has three 911 trucks and one 3 storey building and that man that he went out with is one of his driver's,I was shocked (2)a builder friend of mine plastered a hostel with a bill of 2 million naira and did the job in 1 month clearing almost 400k from that job alone.(3)we have used our truck sometimes to supply sand to a bricklayer at #22k per trip of sand double axle truck and this guy's can go through 4 trucks daily, imagine how much they will be making selling the blocks.

frankly when you're rich as a young guy ,you'll never know who truly loves you ,everyone uses you, they tend to love and respect your money more. That is why this is an amazing picture ,this guy surely knows she loves him , some of us will never know that feeling ever .

Lol. Got this vulcanizer friend in my street. Nigga makes 10 to 12k a day. He told me on a bad day, he makes 5 to 6k. Most times when I sit down with him like 30 mins to 1 hours, he can make around 3 to 4k. Not all of them makes good money though cos it's to do with location. He's built a house already. He's building the second one now. Most work people thinks are dirty work are works That gives cool money to the owner.

No mjnd all these novice .Maison and carpenters working on a 1km double drainage road as at 2009 , I know how much I paid per metre for job within same state not even 'outside jobs' ( outside their state ).. And this jobs are completed in less than 2 weeks with other jobs waiting for their attention..

I believe this is the major reason why most of them do not want to be on monthly payroll of companies. Cos I tried getting them on my payroll but they refused.. Well I never blamed them seeing that they made more working on contract bases
