Yes

By this 'yes' I guess you are trying to reply my question ' above grin

The only valid conclusion is that your phone is going off not because of the data that is on but because its temperature is getting dangerously high.

Your best bet is to take it to carlcare as you might be having a hardware failure. I doubt it is software related but you can try software remedies like factory reset and reloading firmware

If you have not fixed it already you
Long press the power button for 1minute. It should reboot or vibrate. Let's know if it vibrates bit did not still boot. Never mind if it is now working.

Connect to a laptop (if available) and listen to see if the laptop makes any sound indicating that it detected the phone.

Going by what you described in your prev post, it is very strange unless there is other technical details you are not revealing in your explanation.

Phones don't just die like that... My thought though.

I connected it to my laptop and it was not detected. I'm still shocked by the way and manner the phone 'died'! I switched it off for charging, charged for about 10 minutes and the battery was at 64%. I unplugged it and plugged it back again. It failed to charge and failed to power on again till today! I'm getting fed up with Infiinix phone. This is the second Infiinix phone I'm loosing in 5 months!
Thank you, Sir.

That's very sad considering that would be the second Infinix in 5 months. You'd have to wait till lock down is over to visit CarlCare. Meanwhile, leave it plugged in for hours and be sure the charger is plugged in. Use the charger to charger another ohone before plugging in your Infinix. Just leave it plugged in for hours. This has been known to work for some with similar issue.

If it is a battery issue, the phone will indicate that the battery is bad in insert battery. The guys experience is not different from old Samsung note4(I have never been lucky with 2nd products) though I used it for 2 years. It went blank why trying to charge. It has gone to computer village on Ikeja and back to oyo with no solution.

Kristas
1. Check the charger with another phone, also test another working charger with the phone. See if there is any battery indicator.
2. If the screen gives an indicator then its the battery that is dead and might need a replacement.
3. If there's no indicator, I fear for the panel(chip) might be gone, but you can still visit the service center
4. Transsion products are synonymous with charging port issue. If it is the case you're safe.
5. how about the power button
6. If it's no3 above, just save money to buy another phone. Don't even bother replacing it.

You're having all these problem because you've merged a faulty sdcard and made it as part of the internal storage. Android makes it possible to format any sdcard as either Portable storage or Internal storage. Whenever you chose the latter, your storage seizes to be detected on your laptop as it would when it was just a portable storage.

Solution: Get another sdcard or insert the corrupt one in a card reader and format on your laptop.

Thank you so much sir.

bro let me tell you the truth, that hardware is fucking outdated for 2020,it was outdated even when infinix released it talk more of now, save up and get a powerful device from snapdragon 660 processor and above certainly infinix and tecno cant give a recent chipset because they feel Nigerians are ignorant of what is necessary and more concerned about megapixels and RAM which is not the major thing,if you need good processors opt for better brands realme, nokia, xiaomi..
That guys telling you to flash that phone is protecting his companies interest and would make things sweet to you while it is not, if you like continue flashing until the phone gets hardbricked

is it because tecno sacked u grin cheesy
