The ruling aristocrats will use the data base and personal information to their own favour. Sebi we have Nigeria police? Is it working for Nigerians? Hell no!!! So NIN is good but may still not serve the purpose.

It is on record that government borrowed heavily to provide Covid-19 Palliatives but how many people got Palliatives? What of MSE and Covid-19 economic revival grants? How many people benefitted?

I think u got it wrong. N56m here refers to number of NINS i.e 56m individuals with NiN have linked thier sims. Remember one NIN can be linked to Seven sims. If I am not wrong most people in Nigeria have more than one sim.
