I bought 1 plot of land in a new site recently. The land owner own 4plot of which I bought one out of it. Recently he also sold another plot of land near my own plot to a new buyer. But the land is not a full plot, (50 by 100) but the front is 35m. Now the issue is that the man has started project on his own land, so today I visit my site and my worker told me the owner of the land came to hint him that the bricklayer working on his land didn't measure the space well, that if I can leave small space for him because if I start building my fence it will close up there window. Well I told my worker it can't be possible. I need advice from experts in land matters to avoid any problems in the future. Though the land owner has not yet discussed anything with me.

Just go and build a dwarf fence around your land so that they'll know they made a mistake and start correcting it if possible.

Alternatively they could make you and offer to buy 3 feet from your land
