Pls kindly tell me if tenants in an estate should pay separately for the pumping of water into their houses and what's the rate/modalities?
Am getting tired of the light bill for pumping water for the tenants in my estate, note: the pump, tank and borehole belongs to me. New energy tariff is becoming unbearable.

Buy a separate meter for the pumping machine, let everyone contribute when recharging it.

Meter the pumping machine ASAP! You and the tenants can then contribute towards recharging it periodically.
