For those of us that reach out to our phones the moment we wake up in the morning and rush to nairaland or social media.. I've got something to say about that habit.

I'm guilty of that too. I instinctively come on nairaland to see what's up and I've noticed that this guy, the purveyor of BAD NEWS is always on ground to furnish our eyes and minds with negative information to start the day with. I don't blame or begrudge him at all.

I just wanna say it's very bad to wake up and start your day with bad news.. either by viewing, reading or hearing it. It has a way of programming your mind to attract the same negativity you started your day with.

So when you wake up, first, Pray, or meditate, or listen to the goodnews - sound teaching, the Bible or gospel music.. then visualize and speak positive words to your day.. before you come online and allow the bad news guy bombard your mind with negativity and fear.

I've gotta change my ways starting tomorrow morning and I think y'all should too.
