I am not perfect, i commit sin but i always show remorse and i won't condemn another based on religion when i myself isn't perfect. we all strive to be perfect and my prayer is not to end up in the wrong place after death, i don't care about religion, all i care about is not to live and exist for vanity.

Maybe those girls shouldn't be eating in public during Ramadan being Muslims. undecided Not everybody researches before jumping to conclusions as we have clearly seen here.

Logicbwoy: I think so. I havent been banned by Maclatunji and my "question" threads have been answered.

So can someone explain the calming effect of Ramadan? As a former catholic, lent (lent is the catholic version of Ramadan) is a time for reflection on sin and fasting.
Yeah muslim that practice true islam are calm. Not the psycho, misunderstood, extreemists.

A true muslim wouldn't kill a fellow human being irrespective of their religion. Even when killing an animal the prophet say we should show remorse when slaughtering one.

what i have noticed is that mosques become full during this period..., and the general behaviours of people fasting change, i mean they become friendlier....which is a good thing. I just hope this will continue after the fast...

Get yourself a good English language textbook, study it and correct your expressions-

(1) Kids like you need to be .........
(a) ban (b) banned

(2) Look for someone at least older than you are to explain the .........
(a) say (b) saying

IF YOU CHOSE OPTIONs B TWICE, YOU MAY NOW ASK YOUR QUESTIONS AGAIN.

No hard feelings man. If you follow my advice, you'll find out that it's for your benefit. I LOVE MY COMPATRIOTS.

@op, every Muslim is expected to be calm during Ramadan..to avoid vain talks and to be deep in worship. SO, to a large extent, Muslims are calm in Ramadan

I wonder how easy living would be if u keep looking over your shoulders for people who may not understand what you'r up to.

SO I dont av to repeat myself, I mean, there's nothing wrong with doing the right things even if others wouldnt know/understand them as right

that is one of the aims of Ramadan...Someone who could shun fornication for a month may realise he could do entirely without, becoming a better Muslim. Such a person is one believed to have attained the full benefit of the glorious month.

Hahaha, it is frowned-upon even amongst Muslims to eat in public during Ramadan. So, I hope you get my point. Don't let me 'jab' you this evening O.

Lordave: If u really want 2 know, just utter abusive words on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) near a muslim. The result is your answer.
Why would any sane person utter abusive words on another person that has not wronged you in any way.

Don't mind muslims, they've gone to rein enforce for 21 day in the name of fasting. Let's wait till they finish. At least for the past 2 weeks now, the news for boko haram and bomb blast has reduced, unlike before the fasting. I pity Nigerian churches after their fasting.

Please do explain these verses of the qua ran for us.....Quran (2:191-193) - "And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers]... but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah."

Quran (2:244) - "Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things."

"Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not."

Why do Christian insult prophet Muhammed (Pbuh) unjustly? I can’t believe someone can insult my father and expect me not to react.

It is either you are an hypocrite or you cant comprehend simple English written over other.... Try and read it again with an open mind to understand what Almighty Allah is saying there (Fight them only when they drove you out).

smh...

Does that mean you are not aware of all those attack that have been happening since the Ramadan begin. The earlier Nairalanders religious bigot realized that Boko Haram is PURELY POLITICAL and not religious (as nobody can fight for Almighty Allah) the better for you guys. I believe some of you guys know better but are just hypocrite and always look for an opportunity to abuse Muslims. May the Almighty God forgive you all.
