During my 200l as an undergraduate, i nvr missed an examination,but i missed several tests.

Once, i had a test(40 marks) on a thursday by 7.00am. After reading from 2am to 6am, i slept off. Guess what?..i slept 42 mins into d test. I woke up about 7.42am and ran out of my room in my pyjamas without evn brushing hoping to meet up with at least 5mins only to see my mates returning from the test.

I was devastated,i felt like crying. God, i have thrown away 40% out of 100% so easily?, how on earth am i going to make up for this loss when the pass mark is 50%.


I met the lecturer few days later after persistent urge from friends and lied to him that i was sick. Evn though,he didn't know i was lying,he refused to give me a make up despite all my pleading.


There was another test i missed when i went to d venue 4pm not knowing d test(20 marks) had been shifted to 3pm. I got to the venue and met my course mates discussing how easy d test was.
Sadly and quietly i left d venue and went 2 my room to console myself.

I can't remember missing any test, but can still remember how i almost missed an exam in my final year. It was a very cold morning and the exam was scheduled for 9am. I stayed in the University Hall of residence back in school. I woke up very early that exam, did all necessary stuffs and was ready to leave to hostel at about 8:30am. Then this heavy downpour came...i concluded that exams won't commence until after the rain. At about 9:20am, a friend called to inform me that the exam was already on. He lied to excuse himself just to place that call to me.

You need to see how i ran for about 1km not minding any obstacle around...
