Pls i need help on this newly bought flashdrive(sanDisk 4gb) not up to 2 weeks now.I just use it thrice & now that i want to use it ,its unable to use.I cannot copy file to and from it.Unable to format too,it just keep on saying "this disk is write protected remove the write protected or insert another disk" .Please help me. |

format the dank thing using cmd. I saw some tutorial on this from YouTube as well kindly go there to watch it. |

cmd is a command prompt in windows. to format your flash drive using cmd, Windows xp (click on the start button, select run and type cmd then press enter) for vista/windows 7 (click on start button, type cmd and hit enter) Now type format d: /fs:fat32 and press enter where d: represents ur usb drive letter. it may be E,I,H or whatever letter |
