I will be passing out of the NYSC October 14 but will be leaving for USA for my masters degree next month September. Please how do I work out getting my NYSC certificate after my batch passes out? Is it possible to make connections to get my NYSC cert. even if am leaving before the pass out date? Please advise me. Thank you |
