An Oil & Gas Services company requires an accountant/book keeper to
manage the entire accounting function for the company in Warri Delta
State. Your role will include some of the following duties:

Credit Control and Accounts
• Manage Accounts receivable and do collections for all customers
• Manage and Control Customer Credit limits and credit insurance
policy
• Posting of Sales invoices and to issue them to customers
• Review expenses and claims
• Input into accounting system and file
• Organise the payment run
• Update accounting system for cheques and automatic banks credits
received
• Reconcile bank accounts with the bank statements
• Prepare a cash flow forecast & present to the Financial

Controller
• Prepare all forecasts and budgets
• Prepare the management accounts

Payroll Related
• Process starters and leavers making sure that all documentation is
satisfactory and appropriately authorised. This includes following up
on probationary period reviews.
• Process month-end data as appropriate.
• Organise payment runs as appropriate.
• Process all regulatory requirements including PAYE.
• Manage year-end reporting
• Manage & Calculate Sales Team commissions

Essential:
• Previous accounting/credit control experience
