I love weddings, naming ceremonies, other celebrations, simply having fun. But, I love Eid! with a special tone to it.

there's just that eid feel I get and am getting right now. A lot has to be put in place to make eid special. Like having my aso odun(eid dress) ready. I hear many people say they have outgrown the Aso odun era, but I doubt I'll ever do.

I also have my plans for eid.
where to go,known
friends to be with, established
food to eat, on preparation mode

Just them personal stuffs like my hair do and what style of henna(tattoo) to go with left.

I have a feeling this Eid is gonna be wow! I hope it is same with you. What are the Eid specials you do? I might learn a thing or two to add to spice my eid from you!

Salam deola, being a family man I personally don't have any plan on this Eid, my family member put first my children and the mother because they are at better position to wear and make up good things. As for me I manage whatever I have on ground to celebrate Eid. I can also drive them to the Eid-Ground to observe prayer and to visit places on schedule. Eid Mubarak!

When some are crying that Ramadan is going, some can't wait for Eid (Shawwal) to come mehn! Wow, different strokes.

My own -ish is with the aftermath of the eid prayer - the sermon. I actually hope we can still fast tomorrow (MyPreference).

I'm one of those ppl dat think they've outgrown the Aso Odun era, LOL.
I have it though anyway. I love to have new clothes, anytime, so it doesn't feel any special to me. It's just me having a new clothe.
I'll visit a couple of friends and relatives after Masjid. I may spend the day in my friends' place.

I'm lovin' the atmosphere already. Plus the fact that we have a 3-day holiday here to celebrate it. It's a good opportunity to go out and and fun with family and friends once again. May we witness many more of Ramadhan.

I'm already experiencing EID cos 2 of my younger ones are around now. My brothers in-law and mum in-law will join 2mrw. My son is also looking forward cos of the new cloth his dad bought. Right now I'm on my way to Mile 12 to buy stuffs. What else can we look forward to than happiness and blessings from God?
