Why is it that end of year ATP Masters cup is not counted as one of the ATP masters tournament wins? Roger Federer should have had 27 titles now instead of 21 |

It is not accounted as an ATP1000 event although it is counted towards your career titles....You actually get 1500 ATP point (if undefeated) and atleast 1100 point if you win |
