colen212: How authentic is this?What documents/title deeds do you have to issue prospective buyers.Are there Cs of O/deeds of assignment.From what government agency(ies) can verifications be made?Furnish us with the above,tell us more about yourself(since you have not told us that you are representing a registered company/firm) and any other info to authenticate your claims.This is just in line with due diligence in view of the numerous cases of land (and sundry other)fraud presently very rampant in Lagos,nay Nigeria. |

This is authentic.The property is my company's assest(Babs Ajayi Associates), it's registered Estate Surveryors & Valuers firm. I guess u should confirm this. We'll issue you the conveyance of deeds which can be prepared by any nominated legal advice. This agreement shall be jointly signed by my company & the first owner of the property, this just to any further breach of trust. I hope this answers your question. |
