There are millions of Nigerian women abroad and if you go to any place where there is a black person in a good job: doctor, lawyer, investment banker, accountant, biochemist, nurse etc it must surely be a Nigerian and there are more black females than males in university here in UK (unfortunately) so explain that. If you see alot of poor nigerians then perhaps it is because one in four black people are Nigerian anyway. So yes there are alot of poor Nigerians abroad but there are alot who are rich and blacks in general don't do so well abroad according to the country because of discrimination or because they enetered illegaly - those prostitutes you speak of were illegaly trafficked if they arrived legally you may find most of them working as nurses. Perhaps he met a girl online from abroad expecting her to be his key to money and she turned out begging him for money. the grass is not always greener abroad but everyone's case is different.
