There are really some tracks that just get u in the mood...not just partying but in a sort of really awesome mood..pity they never became great hits...these are some for me

10. M.I - Slow Down.....don't really understand why I never heard this on the radio

9. Beazy ft Dokta Frabz - Over and Over .....if u hear this song and do not love it then u no like good tin...awesome track,,,but it seems am d only one who knows it in my city

8.M Kaze - Sugar Banana ... Those in the south south would be familiar with the name...d track deserved more attention

7. Phenom - Omo Naija ....ughhhh please this is phenom's best single and yet people only know him thru nokia's break the beat and dat track with M.I...this song is mindblowin yet ignored

6.D Prince - Take Banana.....definitely the best track on the MAVIN album..nice beat nice rhymes..no airplay..why na

5.Darey - Ba Ni Ki Di......even if u no like the song atleast the video suppose help push the song up but no way...we no hear the song after the first week of release

4.P Square - Super Fans.....atleast this was not a copy copy track but e still make sense...why pple no de like sweet tin sef

Hmmm. . . are we allowed to go back in time? If so here's my pick

1. Terry Tha Rapman & Modenine - Spazmodic: Dopest Naija rap collaboration IMO and the track heavy. . .as in, e carry weight wella talking of wordplay, punchlines, multies etc etc. No other Naija rap song comes close. Even the beat maad die and you can't help but bob your head to it. The song was on both artistes albums (Modenine's - Pentium IX: The Mixtape and Terry's - The Rapman Beginz) but it was sorta relegated to the background (Dem sef no try. . .how dem go put dope track like that wey suppose dey between 1 - 5 for 20 & 11 in their albums?) and didn't get enough rotation on radio and tv. Till this day, na only once I don see the video on tv and I can count the no of times I heard it on radio.

2. Modele - Adara: Definitely one of the best/most inspirational & uplifting songs of the last decade. If you're going thru a rough patch in life, this is the song to listen to cos it'd give u hope and add ginger to ur swagga. Heard the song on radio a couple of times but the song no HIT like that. Not sure if a video was ever made but it's never too late.

3. Lagbaja - Toun Terin: From Lagbaja's Me album that had "konko below", "simple yes of no", "gra gra", "feyin e". I stand to be corrected but when it comes to musical composition, arrangement and delivery, THIS WAS IT. Naija radio OAP's no know better songs I swear tongue

4. 2Face - Thank U Lord: From his debut album that spurned hits like "African Queen" (I must be the only Nigerian who doesn't like the song), "nfana ibaga, "ole", "u no holy pass", "keep it rocking" etc. Very deep song delivered with an emotion laden voice. Never heard the song enough on radio and e be lke sey na only me dey craze for the song grin
