Glo Mobile [Globacom Limited] has increased their [voucher] validity period. 500 naira voucher validity period is now ten days, for 1000 naira voucher it's now 30 days, and so on.

This is obviously Glabacom's direct response to MTN Nigeria's recent move. Too bad I'm already using MTEL.

nope, 500 Naira voucher now has 20 days of validity, and i guess 1000Naira will be 40 days. i discovered this when i loaded a 500Voucher on thursday, told Diakim about it and he confirmed it too.

I was thinking it's a mistake or a bad programmer has been handling their server.

But of what good is that?

Those in the western world make free calls from 9pm till 7am. Things similar (not just exactly that) to that, is what we want.

I loaded a 500 naira card yet it lasted for 3 days only. Because the cost per mins is damn expensive.

They know after all that even the greatest miser will exhaust his account before the validity is over.

So, of what good is that?
