When I was younger I combined the "uncombinable" when it came to garri. Combinations like:
garri + butter
garri + mayonaisse
garri + red oil
garri + stew
garri + okra soup (I throway am after one spoon)
garri + pepsi
garri + lime

garri flakes. Ummmm... Try this

cold water+Garri Ijebu or Garri Egba
just any garri wey sour.

Use fried fish or goat meat take wash am down.

how about this, after u soak ur garri , add some suger and then cut slices of fried sausage into it. those will make the perfect garri flakes. try it.
