The subscriber needs to send ‘off’ to ‘131’ to deactivate auto renewal of daily subscription.

· Two(2) SMS will be received by the subscriber which reads;
“ Y’ello! Your request has been received and is being processed. You will receive a response shortly……..”
and a second SMS
“ You have successfully cancelled your daily subscription renewal……..”

· Wait for smooth talk to expire e.g. smooth talk activated 6am will expire after 24 hours.

· Migrate to Paygo plan which is the default plan at no cost by sending 400 to 131.

· Migrate to desired plan which will be charged at N100.
