Time to buy shares in The Guardian, Punch and Daily Times, because they are going to make SOOOO much money if such a list of debtors is ever published. The bloody NEPA bastards just gave me a 12k bill for August. In a 3 bedroom flat. I asked them if I was running a bakery.

Yes, publish all their names and if possible, their addresses. If only that will make them pay.

Phcn were suppose to give their customer prepaid for free once your bill was settled/cleared. Kindly ask them(phcn employees), how many customers have been given the meters and how much was collected for each?
They are all thieves and hope plan to sell phcn to the rightful investors that can notice when their customer was in darkness due to a fault purposely because their employees will be living among the people, unlike these present phcn employees that never resides among the people

Sorry Guys for the huge bills, I used to get same when I didn't have prepaid meter until I threatened PHCN
that I was going to do some die hard illegal connections (and I explained it to them 'cos I'm an Engineer)
if they didn't supply me with a prepaid meter.
Believe it or not, within one week, it was installed for me. I have been using N5,000 units for the past two months now
and I've not even used up to half of it (I didn't need to do the illegal connection afterall).
Prepaid meter is the way I tell you Guys, coupled with lots and lots of energy conservation.
I believe if we tow this path, it will get to a stage that PHCN will virtually beg us to buy recharge cards.
God Bless Nigeria!

Who is even the debtor here, is those of us that pay for what we never consumed, or the people that brings us bills for what they never gave us?

debtors or creditors?
They should take them to court and see if they'll win or lose the case
