Hello NLanders, I need all you experts to pls quote a price range for complete renovation of a 15 year old hi-rise bldng in ikeja. It currently has 5 floors including the ground floor and is currently used as an office building. I would like to convert it to 8 flats (2 on each floor) starting from 1st floor and up, and convert the 1st floor to a common area, possibly with indoor pool, gym and lounge. I would want to add an elevator, as there's none in the building currently. oya pls give me a rough estimate, including arch. fees etc. just want to have an idea. Thanks o! |

It will be better if you have existing plan of the building and a few pics,for you to have a good estimate estimate . K |
