It's up to you to decide why you are buying. Answering this question helps in determining if it good or bad. Generally, PO are considered medium - long term by me. So, if i think I'd need money soon, I go to the market and do my business. I personally avoid POs cause i've gotten lots of monies tied down and sometimes you have to chase the registrars for certificates. I think I make my money in the secondary market. All the same, I'd still buy Inland and Skye in very small quantities. wink

@Floreb, b4 answering your question, I know or feel your sister that is persuading you to buy first inland bank shares she is a staff of first inland bank I am stating this because from experience; I bank with first Inland and when I went there to inquire about the shares prospectus, the Cashier gave ma a form for purchase and persuaded me to buy I told him I was Not ready yet and needed to see the prospectus so I can forecast He told me it was not available and even when I'm ready that I should use the form He gave me (his no was on it .) even on my way out, at the Gate the security were asking me whether I wanted to buy shares that they will give me the form; so I sensed that they are only networking and first inland must have placed incentives for thier staff based on the members of public they can get to buy thier shares.

although, I didnot buy the shares because I did not see thier prospectus. I need to see forecast to know whether the offer will be good for me or not.

and you have to be careful I am not saying the offer is not good but one has to investigate into it so you have to use your own wise judgement as to whether you will buy the shares or not.
