Hi all,been wondering how people that have been given visiting visa say 6 months,get to stay in places like the UK and America w/out coming back home,especiallyy where the parents and the kids have been given visa, please is there a way they go about it .I have seen two families do this and there kids have been there for years now only the parents come to nigeria once a while.

That might have been more than 20yrs ago, not now any more.

Sorry not 20years ago,the families am talking about r just about 5yrs.

Then their kids went there with Tier 4 (Child) visa (UK) while their parents went with visiting visa just to accompany their kids, help them settle down then return to Nigeria.

Yeah I meann kids btw the ages of 2-5year old,is their a type of visa to apply for to enable them school in the Uk or USA
