Stealth bombers can only be used once. For example if the U.S. sends their stealth bombers to bomb Russia. The Russian radar technicians will review the noise at the time of the strike and later recalliberate their radar with the noise signature they got at the time of the strike.
The reason why stealth bombers always are equipped and capable of deploying a nuclear payload. One strike one kill policy.

Here's the picture of my favourite warship (known as Helicarrier) used in the Avengers movie in 2012. This massive structure, though fictional is a submarine, stealth aircraft and a battleship. Inspiring, I can imagine US Engineers have started conceptualising this kind of warship and plans may be in the offing to build something similar in the future.
