It's OK to have a high self esteem, but it's also better to shape up. Try and be mentally dedicated to losing weight. Eat less. It's mostly eating that got you in your situation, so eating far less would likely take you where you would like to be. I have seen chubby/fat folks who want to trade position with healthy/fit folks, but I dont know of healthy folks who want to swap position with chubby/fat folks. Good luck as you work on your weight.

Some people dont have it in them to become skinny, neither do they WANT to. And I am one of them. Even if I loose 15kg, my hips will still be big like now, its called bonestructure.
Like I said before: As long as you eat right, you are active, and your body is HEALTHY, dont matter what shape or size you are. A 100kg woman can still be more healthy on the inside than the 45kg one.

@op after all that is said and done, i have to be candid with you dear hit the gym and loose all that excess fat, trust me am not all those skinny health nuts or what have you but a former "Big Babe" too, is through God created us the way we are but we made ourselves the way we are, cos there is something about self esteem, you can wear all the most expensive clothes and shoes, dress in the most recent fashion but if you have not convinced yourself that you are beautiful and O.k then nobody or nothing will do so
shed a few pounds and be the best versions of "u" that you can be

Ishilove: In my case, all my life I have never had a shortage of admirers. With all modesty I make bold to say that God has blessed me with a pleasant face and a more pleasant brain to match so men get attracted to the combo. The drawback for me has being that much older men get attracted to me while the young hawt dudes keep their distance .

I once dated a man 17yrs my senior back in my undergraduate days. When I told my mum about the age gap, my mum screamed, "Ishi, tell him to go and look for his mate!!! ".
Needless to say that was the end of the relationship .

In all, I am not worried about finding love because I know that God is preparing someone for me who will look beyond physical attributes and love me for ME, and it will come into manifestation at the divinely appointed time. No. I am defending the body of women. If you could read, you would see I already said that its important to be healthy, eat right, and be active. I will never in my life go to the gym three times every week just to get a body that would satisfy OTHERS. My body is healhty, without being skinny.
