Some people use it to watch their weight. as in when it's tight on them they will know that they re adding weight. While some use it for another different purposes.

They are very sexy, especially if you have a small waist. I wore them before I met my husband and luckily he loved them. Even after 2 babies I can still rock them damn beads!! I took them off briefly after I had my first, but hubby made me put them back on!
