Pls help with some advice, thanks. I av a crush on dis gal back in our secondary school days, but wat could a boy do den.. Anywayz fastforward to d present, I am in 400lev in anoda sch, but I avnt since got my mind off her, even though I've had 2 relationships since starting sch. We exchange text messges nd call from tym to tym, nd dat was it. But dis Monday, I decided I had to act fast or I might lose her, so I told her how I felt (on d fone, dnt knw whether dats significant, cos m in anoda sch) nd she laffed den, she said we r gud friends....,I was sad. But I felt its a challenge, so I sent her a romantic text messg, telling her from my heart, all I could. Nd den I called her d nxt day, we couldn't talk so I called back later, she saw my missed call , nd she called me back, nd we talkd for a lil bit, den I sent her a poem, wc I knw must av made her smile, but ystrday and today, I called her nd she ddnt pick her fone,, so I'm confused now,,, any bdy with any opinions as to wats up?? I hope I gave d appropriate title to my post. Lol. |

Thats ur mistake, sending love bombs! If you appear too needy that would put her off. Moderation, my man. Don't text or call her for a week or more. If she likes you she'll call you. First of all u really need to work on your tenses. Secondly, if a guy told me of his feelings for me over d phone he just made it easy to say NO. Face to face discussion is important,maintaining eye contact appeals to a person's conscience. Thirdly,like IJ said u went in too fast. U ddnt give he time to digest d first bomb before sendin in another. You need to learn the subtle art of wooing a woman...u need to win her over gently. My advise: chill out a while but still prepare for the worst. You may just have spoilt every chance u had of ever having her. |

We were friends, I ddnt want to get too close, cos I ddnt want to get stuck in d friend zone ( dnt knw whether dat exists), I hope I avnt spoilt all my chances wiv her, but I'll give her a lil space, lyk a week, without contact. you're on point Ijebabe. Don't start ur call mania again OP give it time. Most girls really end up falling for elusive guys. Let her wait for those calls,let her miss you.
