I gave you a classic example with the public execution of Derico Nwamama in Onitsha in 2001, how come there was no public outcry then?! Infact, people celebrated Bakassi boys.. I don't think it's about the video. Don't forget that the video came after the story was already trending. The only reason i can think of why the entire country reacted on the incident just like in the case of Cynthia is because of the people involved. They look well off unlike other people that have been mobbed in the past.

Afterall, Anambra has had over 50 cases of public executions and burnings.. Remember the story of Okwudili Ndiwe, otherwise known as Derico Nwamama the Notorious armed robber that was in 2001 publicly tried by Bakassi Boys using the 'Odeshi Justice System' where they placed a juju machete on his body and it reacted a certain way, meaning he was guilty and they executed him there at a popular round about in full view of the public.. IF Blackberries and camera phones were as popular as they are now, that killing would have been caught on video as well..

Emphasis: My hearts goes out to the Families, friends and sympathizers of the Four brutally murdered students. Its undoubtably a horrible way to die.
However i won't allow emotions to cloud my sense of reasoning... There is more to this killing than what meets he eye.

Dont cultist/robbers go to church? Some are said to be discreet and well behave in the society. One thing i know about cultism in school is that cultist know themselves. Ask any cultist fren of urs in uniport, am sure they will give u a reliable status of the boys. As a neutral i dont know the truth.
However this issue shouldnt be jugde base on wether they were innocent or not... The way n manner in which they were killed is inhumane. Jungle Justice is bad, anyone could fall a victim.
