All over the world, divorce rate is climbing very high with each passing day. Why do people just roll over divorce and on what grounds should divorce be acceptable?

The Bible says on the issue of adultery.

Well the only groundthe bible permits divorce is in the case of divorces as osisi rightly put it, but divorce is an exception and not a rule. It was only perkitted by Moses because of the hardness of man's heart and it was not so in the beginning.

Extra marital affairs can be very hurtful because you empower the person you love with the ability to hurt you the most. It can be very devastating and depressing. However, if you can forgive and the cheating party has repented and determined to make a you turn. it is always best especially if children are involved.

Marriage was designed to be till death, it is important that carefull thought is made before marrying your spouse. Love should be the motivation for marriage but other things should be considered as well.

after that we re-new our marital vows. decide if we still want to be together.

sometimes revenge is not an act of wickedness but an idea to show the other person the intensity of the pain he/she caused.

we can then decide to divorce amicably. as for forgiveness, the easiest way to do that is to know that i'm also guilty of the same offence
we'll forgive ourselves

As a good Christian we no sey marriage na for LIFE. Sometimes the husband or de wife go decide to go do crazi tin wen go breakup der happy home.

God says l hate Divorce. in Malachi 2:13-17,Moses only allowed it because of the hardness of your hearts.So the basic reason why people Divorce is not because their spouse has sinned but because you chose to harden your heart not to forgive.
But Jesus said "IT WAS NOT SO FROM THE BEGINNING". Eve cause Adam to sin but he never thought of Divorce.Forgiveness was his watchword.The secret to it is not to have Divorce has an Option to any Misunderstanding theat comes your way.

Divorce is only accepted if one partner has an affair. But the partner has the right to forgive if they want to.

according to the bible, u can only divorce when there is the issue of adultery

Matt 19. There jesus told us of the only situation that can warrant divorce. during the time of moses, u can divorce your wife for any reason best know to you alone. but that tme is past now.
