Dear Nairalanders,

It is no news that Nigeria at the moment is thorn between religion and ethnicity.
There are speculation that the country is likely to split in the nearest future.
Kindly share your opinion as to where you predict to flourish should Nigeria ever split.
As for me i see Uyo. Akwa-Ibom state as a heaven in when such happens.

Don't get me wrong O. I look forward to a greater Nigeria but not with the current political structure in place, the insecurity,uneven development too many to mention....I personally think our founding fathers had a vision of a regional system of governance. where regions will develop from internally generated fund and resources from the region..I for one hate the idea of federal government giving out pocket money to states and local governments in the name of allocation..Nigeria will never develop in my time with the present system of governance in place
