Days to Juliet and Emeka’s wedding, everything was in place and the wedding rings were ordered over the internet from Italy. Emeka’s aunt was flying in from Italy with the jewelleries. Due to certain delays she postponed her trip and decided to travel 2 days to the wedding. She arrived at the airport and proceeded to baggage claims, but to her dismay her luggage was missing. After almost 30 minutes of frantic search, the airline management told her that her bags was mistakenly left in Italy.. Chinekeme! Should she tell Emeka? Juliet will surely cry her eyes out. Not wanting to spoil the joy of the intending couple, Aunt Regie knowing that I am a jeweller called me and asked if I can produce an exact replica of the missing rings. She wanted it to be 18 karat gold just like the one she brought in Italy. I set to work and produced a set of 18 karat Gold wedding rings. Aunty Regie was elated and the wedding was itch free. Aunty Regie was so happy that she decided to return the Italian made rings and used the refund as a post wedding gift to Emeka and Juliet. Kai, my hand work saved a wedding.
