Popular comedian Elenu whose real name is Akinlami Babatunde Julius (didn't know he is Yoruba) proposed to his girlfriend of long ago, Chinwe Anyanwu, on Sunday October 21st at Federal Palace Hotel.

It was a surprise proposal by Elenu, he actually made her believe that it was a dinner and when the waiter brought her plate to the table, "WILL YOU MARRY ME"? was on the plate instead of food. Elenu had a ring ready to propose and sealed the proposal with a blissful kiss.

Many friends of the couple were in attendance such as AY and his wife (do not forget that A.Y discovered Elenu), Tinsel actor Gbenro Ajibade, comedian MC Shakara, designer Yomi Casual and music video director, Patrick Ellis.
