WHY YOU MUST HEAR FROM GOD.
Memory Verse: John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

Jesus had a natural side and a divine side (i.e humanity and divinity). He knows the best way we should live. The Holy Spirit is the person that teaches us what to do. The major function of the Holy Spirit is helping us to hear from God.
Hearing from God will do four things for us:
1) It distinguishes us. When we allow God to have His place in your life, before too long we become the envy of people. We then seize to being our mate’s mate.
When situations surrounding us are not palatable, hearing what God has to say is what saves us.
2) It ushers us into a realm of blessings both with God and man. The word “Blessing” in greek is “Makario” which means “empowerment to succeed”. We will just discover that we know what to do to achieve good result.
3) It will help us not to go astray from God’s purpose and plan for your life. We know where to go and where not to go. Thus, our time management skills becomes sharped.
4) when we allow God to have a say in our choices, He makes our battles His battles. With God we can never be defeated.

It time to allow God to take total control of your life. Give Him a chance in your marriage, career, relationship with people, academics, child up-bring, etc and see the impeccable things God will use your life to achieve.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always be willing to ask for your say in everything I do.

Confession: God is taking me to a place of enviable glory. I can never be disadvantaged!
