If a food channel was created to suit Naija/African tastes, what would u want it to be like? What sort of shows would you love to see with food overtones?

I love food shows. But I've not seen any on BBCamerica. (I'm in yankee.) The annoying part about food shows is when they go too fast or start using ingredients from the far side of Fiji etc. I mean be practical. But do you have your own kitchen? I can't wait to get my own place so I can slice & dice to my hearts desire. Currently I feel confined.

Does the BBC have an Nigerian/African Food show (or channel)? That'd be cool. I need some recipes.
