I apologise for my rambling
bin here 4yrs now as an international student, went to one of the best college that can gain me admission into Oxbridge universities
but then realise they are all rip off so i decided to settle for one of the (good) uni in university ranking UK.
now i dislike the system coz even after the millions spent on education here you will not still get job.

please i need your advise coz i'm thinking of starting okirika business soon

Getting a job in the UK thesedays got little or nothing to do with how much you paid in school fees, graduating from the 'good' university is not even good enough in most cases.

If you don't have full-right to work in the UK your chances of landing a job is more than halved, a Nigerian i know just got a job, she did not graduate from the best ranked university but she has full-right to work, the job was not even advertised, just through network of friends.

i've acquired permanent residency about a year ago nothing changes, i was able to save £200 after 8 month of deep cleaning job just immediately i came in this country then had to engage myself in that odd job because there was no job in england,
even during that period all my tuition fees and living expenses have been paid for ( combination of my family and my sweats from naija ) but just wanted to make
extra money for myself.

Will be graduating next summer with bsc hons Business and computing i'm 27yrs now thinking of working in naija or starting a business, TRUST me england are deceit and SUCKERS. the modern age 419

if i have invested 10 milion naira in buying and selling in naija i would have gone far rather than wasting my money and energy in GREAT britain ( bullshit)

HND course not even diploma in Manchester College this year is between £7,000-£10,000 and i'm sure that 4yrs ago it was less than that. Four yrs ago maintenance money was not a requirement, so i don't know how you come up with £20,000 figure.

i've paid off all my fees before acquiring residency because it takes one to be home student when you have permanent stay so i don't want to jeopardise with my education that's why i made payment!

i did not tell you i came here 2008, i said manchester college of art and city college Manchester with one other college merge 2008 so i came here 2009

Yes you can work and study but they never promised you a job, many foreign students work and study and some do get a job after studying but its not guaranteed.

The only way you can change status that quick is through marriage, no other way, only if you have been sold forged resident permit stamp.

THE MANCHESTER COLLEGE is one of the best colleges in UK, google the college and check how much tuition fees cost for a diploma course since 2009, try and do some research and stop being ignorant
