criminal offences are against public interest, it doesnt only involve the individual that was victimised. crimes dont go unpunished. assault is a crime. if the bus driver decided not to institute civil claims against the lady, then thats his choice. crimes and civil action claims r treated differently

It's definitely not hard to judge. She never said she wasn't going to pay for the bus. She said she was looking for money to pay for the bus in her purse. The driver got inpatient and both of them started exchanging insults. She went closer to him and spat on him, the driver lost it. He parked d car and gave her an uppercut. He didn't stop there, he dragged her by the hair until he threw her off the bus.

I'm not saying a part of the blame shouldn't be allocated to her but when a man hits a woman, he changes the whole outlook of the situation. Now, all we can focus on is battering! Why d fvck did he have to hit her?? He could have thrown her off the bus but mba, he wants to show how foolish he is.
