The Islamic terror group, Boko Haram today, denied Killing the Biafran war veteran, Gen Muhammad Shuwa, resulting a former Minister making an outrageous remark about our soldiers.

In response to the terror group's recent tactics of denial of their evil acts, their cyber spokesperson, Malam El-Rufai shocked Nigerians this evening as he posted on his facebook page; by dropping the blame for the murder of Gen Shuwa on the JTF.

The former FCT Minister and Indicted Ex-BPE chairman wrote,
"so who did?...start with the JTF, and go upwards...May God Expose the murderers and those that conspire to keep our nation unsafe, Amen....

247NG noted that this remark is regrettable, and that Malam El-Rufai is of late in the habit of making derogatory remarks and frivolous accusations against our men and women in uniform, who many of them have paid the supreme sacrifice in trying to restore peace and safety of lives in the North Eastern Nigeria and other areas infested by the terror group.

Nigerians still have trust in the JTF and encourage them to continue their good work and advise that they should apply the highest level of caution in ensuring minimal or zero level of civilian casualty.

For a terror group that are using women and children as human shield, the issue of collateral damage must not be ruled out. The task ahead of the JTF is tough, but we trust that the mission must be accomplished.

Exactly what i think. The man is idle.

Each time these terrorists are aware that their victim enjoyed people's goodwill, and their attack may affect the support they enjoy from illiterate community, and religious leaders, they claim that they are not responsible. The Mubi case cannot be forgotten in a hurry. Their denial may be to divert attention of investigators. It may also be to eliminate the problems that would have greeted the attack e.g reprisal, condemnation by some of their supporters and so on.
