Sometimes last month before the United States 2012 election, I woke up and tunned in to watch one of the Christian program/tv. I found Pat Robertson on one of Benny Hinn show at about the end of the program and one thing I heard him (Pat Robertson) talked about is that God told him Mitt Romney will win the U.S 2012 Presidential election. First, I was like, what the heck is this man saying?

Quickly as I listen to him, I ran some scriptural check on his prophesy to see if it aligns with the word of God and I can't but conclude then he is false prophet.

Today, as Barack Obama is re-elected as the U.S President. How do we interpret what a prophet said "God told him Mitt Romney will win"? Many times I wonder what the body of Christ had turned into.....smh I tried to get the video online but can't get the exact program but got similar video where the Pat Robertson said the same thing he said on Benny Hinn programme.

My very point of emphasis is not whether he missed it or not, it is the fact that he said "God told him". When anyone come out to tell the whole world that "God told him" is the fact that such words carry weight. He wasn't guessing when he said those word bro.

How is prophecy done ? Is it not "thus sayeth the lord" yet paul said there can be a mistake in it. Let's look at that portion again. Obviously some good prophets have given some wrong prophecy , so someome else had to judge the prophecy . It doesnt make them false proohet . False prophet turns people heart from God.

"HOW DOES PROPHECY COME" people recieved prophecies different ways, some dream, angel,audible voice ,open vision,close vision, inner witness etc. who've you dreamt and it came to pass before ? Erhmm...wait a minute, I think I have spoken a little too hastily. I have just watched the videos you posted and I did not hear any one of them say that God told them that Mitt Romney will win the elections.

How isnt it about God when He is involved.
I am not arguing if he is a true or false prophet.
All I am after is, if God can lie. If you can answer in the affirmative, then I believe him. You know the consequencies that will follow.
