Do you watch the embarrassing illness program on TV?. cant remember the channel now. There was this lady who after a kid decided to have a breasst lift which was fine. . . . until she decided to go on to have 2 more kids. Siena if you had seen those Breassts they were totally the wrong shape due to the effect of the pregnancy's & the nipplees were in the wrong place and your tobaccos pouches you described would have been much better than what she had. On the program she wanted to get the breastts fixed but the surgeon said there was nothing he could do. I felt so sorry for her.

I know that this is probably not a common occurrence for things to go wrong, but I did feel really bad for her.

Come one girl! Forget what a guy wants (let's assume there isn't one in the picture). Would a woman with pelvic prolapse, who could afford surgery really leave her bits hanging out? I'm sure the answer's no. Besides being pretty unpleasant even to her, it must be extremely uncomfortable, not to mention a real intercourse killer.
